 Existing Client Scheduling

Click button below to schedule
or
call the office (630-866-6738).

Cancellation/tardy: You are responsible for keeping the appointment unless you call to cancel, or cancel through the reminder.  If done within 24rs or no showed, you will be billed for the appointment.  Chronic tardy arrivals will shorten to whatever length of time is left in your appointment or be rescheduled and counted as a no show.

For existing clients, feel free to schedule an appointment by calling, emailing, or texting.  But for the fastest turn around use our online scheduler.  If it has been over a year since we have seen your pet, please schedule an extended appointment to reestablish care and be sure to bring any information regarding health changes or recent vet visits.
Times available typically: 20 minute appointment, starting with the top of the hour
For example: 10:00 am, 10:20 am, 10:40 am.

If additional time is needed, please select two appointments back to back.  You will only be charged for the additional time used.  Please consider this option if you need additional help beyond our Nutritional recommendations, such as assistance understanding your primary veterinarian's recommendations or diagnostics (ie bloodwork, X-rays) or if additional extensive food assessment is needed.

New Client Appointment Request

Please call to talk with our staff to see if we are the right fit for you.  Please know we are not a full service hospital (see our services section for details).  We also require follow up recheck visits over time to monitor progress. We do keep a limited client list so that we can service our present patient load.  This requires us to keep a waitlist for new patients when needed.  If we are not able to schedule a new client appointment for you, please check out our referral info.  If you are placed on the waitlist please callback in 2 months if you have not been called, to let us know you are still interested.

Once your appointment is scheduled, please look out for online forms to register you and your pet as well as have pertinent records emailed to the office.  Please arrive a few minutes early to allow your pet to settle into our environment and verify we received all forms.  We share a lobby with Doggie Depot (please arrive a few extra minutes earlier, if you have never been to out complex as Doggie Depot has three buildings, so be sure to look for 635 Rogers building with our logo in the window when arriving).   When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the lobby and we will be out to greet you at your appointment time.  Please let us know if you are unable to complete the online forms prior to your appointment.  In addition, we encourage you to print out the cat or dog "symptom survey below," whichever is appropriate for your pet, either prior to the appointment, by printing out these forms, or at the appointment.  We will leave a set out in the lobby for your convenience.   We look forward to seeing you and your pet.
