Urgent symptoms guidance:
First if your pet truly appears distressed, lethargic or ill please consider this an emergency and contact your primary veterinarian or nearest veterinary emergency hospital. Please check out this link for determining what is an emergency: https://www.avma.org/resources-tools/pet-owners/emergency-care Occasionally after starting a nutritional program, your pet may feel a temporary worsening of symptoms, itching, or develop a gastrointestinal upset. If this occurs, please call/email the office for assistance/scheduling. If we are unavailable and/or you cannot get in sooner, cut the program doses in half or temporarily stop the program until we can communicate. These flare-ups may be a “Healing Crisis/aggravation,” which indicates your pet’s body is starting to heal by throwing off toxins/cellular debris that it cannot eliminate and may need more support in the process. |
